As stated in the homework, begin to dive into video analysis of your A Run. The deeper you go into your strengths and weaknesses, the more purpose you will have moving forwards.
Keep in mind as you progress through this course it’s ok to take breaks. Make sure you are tracking your progress so you don’t skip a beat!
